2. Data we collect

We collect three categories of data:

2.1 Data customers provide directly

Contact details a customer provides when ordering or using the Service, such as name or company name, email, phone number, and the names of Pages or accounts to be set up.

2.2 Data generated automatically by this website

This website is a static site. It does not use cookies and does not include any third-party tracking or analytics code. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps connection logs for security and operations, such as IP address, browser type and access time. These logs are handled under Cloudflare's own policies, and we do not combine them with other data to identify individuals.

2.3 Data obtained through Facebook, Instagram and Threads

See section 3.

3. Data obtained through Facebook, Instagram and Threads

The Service obtains data through Meta's APIs only after a customer has connected a Facebook Page, Instagram account or Threads account through Meta's official authorization flow. The full details follow.

3.1 What we obtain

Platform Data obtained
Facebook Page Messages received and sent by the Page; the sender's Meta identifier (Page-scoped ID) and display name.
Instagram Messages received and sent by the Instagram account; the sender's Meta identifier (Instagram-scoped ID) and display name.
Threads The customer account's public posts and the public replies to those posts.

What we do not obtain: friend lists, follower lists, phone numbers, email addresses, birthdays, locations, or any other fields of a Meta profile. We request only the minimum permissions required to provide the Service.

3.2 What we use it for

  • Displaying messages and posts in the customer's dashboard so the customer can read and reply in one place.
  • Sending replies or publishing content through the API on the customer's behalf, when the customer takes that action.
  • Helping the customer organize and search past messages and posts.
  • When the customer enables it, sending de-identified message text to an AI text service provider to generate draft replies or summaries (see section 5).

We do not use this data for advertising, do not build user profiles, do not sell it to anyone, and do not use it to train AI models.

3.3 Where it is stored

Data is stored on cloud servers located in data centers in Taiwan or Japan. It is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest. Only the personnel and systems required to provide the Service can access it.

3.4 How long we keep it

Data is kept while the customer uses the Service. After a customer terminates the Service, we delete all Meta data connected by that customer within 90 days. Customers can also request deletion of specific data or all data at any time during the Service.

3.5 How to delete it

Customers can delete data in either of the following ways:

  • Revoke the Service's access in their Meta account settings. After revocation, we stop obtaining new data and delete existing data within the period stated in section 3.4.
  • Submit a request following our Data Deletion Instructions. Users who have interacted with a customer through a Facebook Page, Instagram or Threads can also use the same process to request deletion of data about themselves.

4. Purposes and legal basis

We process personal data under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act on the following bases:

  • Performance of a contract: to provide the Service the customer has engaged us to provide, including the processing described in section 3.
  • Consent: by connecting an account through Meta's authorization flow, the customer consents to our processing of data under this policy.
  • Legal obligation: to keep the transaction records required by tax, accounting or regulatory requirements.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data with third parties only in the following cases:

Recipient Purpose and scope
Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) Reading and sending messages and posts through the API. This is how the platform itself operates; the data already resides with Meta.
Google, LINE If a customer also connects Google or LINE platform services, data passes between that platform and the Service in the same way.
AI text service provider Only when the customer enables the related feature, message text is sent to the provider to generate drafts or summaries. Before sending, we de-identify it by removing the sender's identifier, display name and other personally identifiable information.
Cloud hosting provider Provides servers and storage in data centers in Taiwan or Japan. The provider is contractually prohibited from accessing or using the content of the data.

We do not sell personal data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes. We do not disclose data to any other third party unless required by law or ordered by a competent authority.

6. Retention and security

  • All data in transit is encrypted with TLS.
  • Stored data is encrypted at rest.
  • Access tokens issued by Meta are stored encrypted and are never written to logs.
  • Only personnel who need access to provide the Service can access data, and access is logged.
  • In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected customers and the competent authority as required by law after becoming aware of it.

7. Your rights

Under Article 3 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • To inquire about or request access to it.
  • To request a copy.
  • To request supplementation or correction.
  • To request that collection, processing or use be stopped.
  • To request deletion.

To exercise these rights, email junyao.all@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. For the deletion process in detail, see our Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Cookies and site logs

This website does not use cookies and does not include analytics or advertising tracking code. Fonts and all other assets are served from this site itself, not loaded from third parties. It uses the browser's local storage only to remember the language you chose; this information is not sent to us.

9. Minors

The Service is intended for businesses and professionals and is not offered to persons under 18. If we learn that we have obtained a minor's data without the consent of a legal guardian, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the change on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we handle data, we will notify existing customers by email.
