Terms of Service

Effective 2026-10-21   Last updated 2026-10-21

These terms govern your use of Junyao Messaging Hub ("the Service") provided by Junyao-info (均曜企業社, "the Business", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

  • The Business: 均曜企業社 (Junyao-info).
  • The Service: Junyao Messaging Hub, a social messaging integration system that brings messages and posts from Facebook Pages, Instagram and Threads into one place.
  • Customer: a business, organization or individual who has entered into a service agreement with the Business and uses the Service.
  • Meta platforms: Facebook, Instagram and Threads, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Connected account: a Facebook Page, Instagram account or Threads account that a Customer has connected to the Service through Meta's official authorization flow.

2. The Service

The Service lets Customers manage messages and posts on their connected accounts in one place, including reading, replying, publishing and organizing. The Service operates through APIs provided by Meta, and its functionality is subject to Meta's platform policies and API availability.

We continually improve the Service, and features may be added, changed or removed. We will notify Customers by email in advance of any material change.

3. Customer obligations

The Customer agrees to:

  • Hold legitimate administrative rights over every connected account.
  • Comply with Meta's platform terms, community standards and developer policies, and all other applicable laws.
  • Not use the Service to send spam, harass, defraud, distribute unlawful content, or engage in any conduct prohibited by Meta platforms.
  • Take responsibility for all content sent through the Service.
  • Keep login credentials secure and not share accounts with others.
  • Where the Customer processes third parties' personal data through the Service, ensure a lawful basis exists and comply with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act.

4. Account authorization and revocation

The Customer authorizes the Service to access connected accounts through Meta's official authorization flow. We request only the minimum permissions required to provide the Service and handle the data obtained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Customer may revoke authorization at any time from their Meta account settings. After revocation, the Service's functionality for that account stops, and we delete existing data within the period stated in the Privacy Policy.

5. Fees

Fees, payment methods and billing cycles for the Service are set out in the individual agreement or quotation between the Customer and the Business. We will not change agreed fees without the Customer's consent.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's software, interface, documentation and trademarks belong to the Business. Messages, posts and other content the Customer processes through the Service remain the property of the Customer or the original rights holder; we use such content only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

  • The Service depends on Meta's APIs. If changes, outages, restrictions or policy adjustments on Meta platforms make the Service wholly or partly unavailable, the Business is not liable for damages, but will make reasonable efforts to help the Customer adapt.
  • The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • The Customer is solely responsible for content sent through the Service and its consequences.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Business's total liability to the Customer is limited to the fees the Customer actually paid to the Business in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

The Customer may terminate the Service at any time as provided in the individual agreement. If the Customer breaches these terms or Meta's platform policies, we may suspend or terminate the Service with reasonable prior notice.

After termination, we delete the Customer's data within 90 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except for records the law requires us to keep.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the change on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified to existing Customers by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these terms or the Service through negotiation; failing that, the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
